You are responsible for the content of the documents you upload. You agree not to upload any material that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. You are also responsible for ensuring that your document is in the correct format (PDF) and free of errors before printing.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the payment process. Prices are determined by the printer owner and are displayed before you confirm payment.

5. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the documents you upload. Your documents are your property. We only use them for the purpose of fulfilling your print request and delete them from our servers immediately after the job is completed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that your print jobs will be successful every time.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrintShot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
